Passport Office Pune — Passport Application stuck at Police Verification stage since 12 days

I had submitted my documents at Hinjawadi Police Station on 15th March 2024 for the renewal of my passport. It has been 12 days and there is no update. I kindly request that the process be expedited as I have to travel abroad for my studies soon.
