Passport Office Pune — Re issue of passport

I applied for my passport in 2021, and it was delivered to my address. However, I was in my hometown village at that time. When I returned to Pune, I visited the passport delivery office, and they informed me that my passport had been returned to the passport office. Can you please guide me on how to reissue my passport now?
