Passport Office Pune — Unnecessary delay in renewal of passport police enquiry and obtaining a new renewed passport

My passport is for renewal on the 21st of March 2022 and since then. No updates for police verification also.
I visited the police station, enquired number of times for the same. But my profile hasn't yet come for verification .
I couldn't give, my IELTS as i didn't have a renewed passport.
Yesterday i had to pay additional fees for an extension in date for exams.

Please look into this matter as urgent.
