Hello Sir/Ma'am, My name is Priyanshu Maheswari and my passport(File Number- RC[protected] was not delivered because my college which is in Dhanbad was locked during whole lockdown and now my passport revert back to RPO Ranchi. I am also not able to contact RPO Ranchi. Please help me to deliver my passport, I will share my new location or still you can deliver my passport at Dhanbad.
