Passport Office Ranchi — unethical behavior harassed mentally the applicant

Hi there,

This is an serious complaint i want to to do for the officials present today date 14/01/2019 at ranchi psk galaxia mall.
I am immediate member of applicant and writing the complaint on behalf her.
This is too ridiculous behavior of the officials there at psk. The applicant wanted an expedite process hence applied tatkal service. But the officials has rejected to do so and forced her to apply through normal process.
This drama ran for about 4 hrs and finally the applicant has to change to normal process.
One of the name nipendra kumar with another 3 officials.
I want to escalate this to the highest authority as it was mentally harrashment case.
If there is any such rule that we can't apply tatkal i need a proof and they failed to provide.
