Passport Office Rourkela — I have Not Received my passport since a very long time

I have Applied for my Passport in the nearest passport office and It has been more than a month and a Very Long time since I have not received it Yet. It is taking a very long time. Kindly look into the matter and Please help me out to receive my Passport as soon as possible.
