My car is volkswagen vento highline diesel. This time when i gave my car for the service, i thought of getting my suspensions and steering rack changed. But i was taken for a surprise for the amount of labor charged to me.
The service manager mamoon whom i met, i asked him as to approx how much would be the labor cost, and in the bill it was over rs 10000/- for just the labor. Total bill amount 58k. He continues to debate that our charges are lower than the vw and he did not have any proofs for that.
I had got me brakes serviced but to my knowledge they spoiled the abs sensor and also bearings. The service manager has the audacity to tell me that the car is given to service centre at owners risk and you have to pay for that. I argued with him stating that my car never had that problem and you guys have spoiled it. Why should i be paying for it. But he nodded and said that’s my problem and not theirs. Even till date despite changing the suspensions the noise of rattling has not gone. They charged me like crazy in return of below standard quality of service. Cheaters of the first order and never will i do business wh them for their arrogance and cheating attitude. Was this information helpful? |
