Hi,
I ordered a "Seagate backup plus ultra touch" 1TB external hard disk.
I ordered the same on 28/10/2022 and it kept on processing even after multiple telephonic and mail conversations with VLE Bazar customer care till I canceled it on 18/11/2022. the refund scheduled by the company is for 3/1/2023 which is not processed yet.
I don't know which grade the firm is thus which is delaying the refund even after 2 months.
kindly help me out.
