I want to pay your attention to the biggest hospital..Patel hospital
My father is diabetic patient and he was admitted to the hospital on 19th of jan due to ckd (chronic kidney disease)
He is a CGHS patient..first of all under emergency what the hospital duty is to admit the patient and give him necessary treatment but what they did ?..took at least 4 hours to admit the emergency patient..
Too much unnecessary documentation
The nurses didn't know about the patients..I think before entering to the patients room they should read the patients file but every they came with the blank faces and asked is your patient is diabetic?
Is he a ckd patient..mean what is the purpose of patient file if you don't know anything?
Every time I have to ask ..sister please give medicine.
Please check his bp..
Does he require medicine?
But the so called nurses are always in hurry and do not feel to answer somebody questions..
No sanitation in patients room
..after discharged the doctor explained that he will perform a fistula surgery for a dylsis on 29 th January..I am working women and I am the only child who take care of the family..I lived in the hospital 6 days with my father than again they called us on 29th but they clearly mentioned that they will discharge on the same day or the next day..but again they didn't pass the clear instructions and admitted him for 4 days..aa I am working women I can't take more and more holidays..when they admitted my father again they took two hour to admitted him...
Only did dylsis from the neck
And than nothing..
No fistula
No treatment
No medicine
I asked doctor why he didn't do surgery today ...he said he will perform next Saturday means on 3 th feb...
Then why they admitted my father today..it was just a dylsis that they can do and we can come again for the same..but they admitted and did nothing..i mean either they should explain if any emergency or just discharge the patient...its just a harrasment for the patients and families..after going door to door ..i felt my mistake that nobody wants to help and they are just making money and we are badly screwed here..as i didn't say a single word to doctor but I was worried because I don't have more holidays to live in the hospital with my father and I can lose my jobI want you to take strict action against the patel hospital Jalandhar or just shut down these hospitals..
