I purchased this machine from an authorized dealer in Surat, Gujarat, India. However, despite the product being covered by warranty, the dealer is unwilling to provide the necessary service and assistance.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the dealer for support and service under warranty, I have not received any response. I have also tried calling and visiting the dealer's location, but they have not been cooperative and are refusing to provide the required service.

As per the warranty terms, I am entitled to service and support for any issues that arise during the warranty period. The dealer's refusal to fulfill their obligations is causing me significant inconvenience.
