Sir i have book online ticket from ahmedabad to gadsisha and my pick up point bhat visranti bhavan . as per mes from patel bus will departure at 9.45 . i have attand at bhat on 9.30 but driver depart bus with out inform me. all travels agency infom cusomer before departure bus. i have paid 150 rs for private auto from bhat to paldi. pls refund me my extra expenses. driver also not behve sutabal with me તમારે કમપલેન કરવી હોય તયા કરેો Say by driver .pls take need full action and inform me
