I approached Pathway Group (Educational Services), Delhi Branch for helping me with admissions for my ward in a particular college in Feb 2014. I talked to their MD Mr Bhaskar Choudhary, who gave all kinds of assurances and promises to get admission for my ward in the particular university. I had to pay Rs 2 lakhs towards the registration and services fee and Rs 5 lakhs as an advance to be paid to the particular university for admission. But after taking money from me, Mr. Bhaskar Choudhary disappeared for few months on the pretext of some excuses and in his absence Chairman, Mr. Parshuram, started acting weird and funny with me. He stopped picking up the phone even whenever I asked him about progress in the admission. What finally happened is that after leading me on and conning me till the last minute, they did not get us admission in the Institute offered and started acting suspicious. On 16th May, I gave them a formal letter terminating the contract and Mr. Bhaskar Choudhary promised to return the money. However to date they have not returned the money and have started giving different excuses everyday. They appeared to be conning many other innocent people like us, particularly Mr Bhaskar Choudhary, who appears to be the biggest fraudster. I also know of other people who have been cheated like me. I am highlighting this so that other people do not get cheated like me. They even issued a cheque to me for Rs 5, 00, 000/- dated 20.06.2015, which bounced.
