I had taken admission in Patkar college for Bio infotech and I wanted to withdraw my admission within a week.However the college isnt refunding my whole fees and are deducting 30% of the whole fees. Kindly help me in getting out of this scam

I took admission in patkar college for msc bioinformatics and now when I want to cancel my admission the college is not giving me refund of fees and also forcing to pay the full fees as per general quota and then cancel admission also they said they won't refund any amount even after paying general quota fees. Kindly help me out of this miserable education extortion.
