Sub: comlaint against Paytm Order no [protected], Paytm Regd No [protected], Paytm Regd Email id [protected]@gmail.com Sir My complaint for Paytm Orde No [protected]. Product handed over to Ondot courier for shipment and shipped on 25/02/16.Tracking No E6009238. Tracking Link http://ecom.pickspeed.co.in/Tracking.aspx?awbno=E6009238# Ondot Courier company delivered product On29/02/16 at wrong address named soures india pvt ltd, A16, ashok vihar, delhi-110052, i got this info from courier company, Actually they delivered product at merchant address back from where courier company collect shipment. Original shipping address was Gaurav aggarwal 66, prem nagar, Near shakti nagar Pincode 110007 But courier company marked delivered in place of Return and on this behalf paytm also marked my oroduct delivered but in real i did not get any product. After this i filled Ticket(compalint) No[protected] this. I have transferred my money from paytm wallet to my bank account.But it is still showing pending status. The amount is deducted from my paytm wallet but credited to my bank account.plz help
I have transferred 2000rs from Indian bank to paytem and the same was not credited in paytm wallet but debited from bank .. the details of transaction are The transection id is PAYTM-[protected]/paytm/thru Net Banking - ref:[protected]/11/2016 16:52- Indian Bank.
More than one week have gone no action / no response from paytm
