I'm a student of sby college (436) kinjar, l have appeared in first year exam conducted by magadh university bodhgaya but at present time university is not allowing the students these colleges to fill the second year form, at that timethere were 29 colleges deaffiliated by university in those college my college was also included but university had taken exam by order of patna high court by attached those colleges to govt colleges of magadh university, my college was attached to sds college kaler (128), but case of these colleges is under pending by more than four months, this is not good for students' future, this is destroying the time and future also of students, i request to the cji of patna high court to solve this case as soon as possible, decision should in favour of students university should allow us to fill second year form.
