Sir i went to a local dentist recently opened in patuli kolkata called Dental world...husband wife doctors...went to female doctor named ipshita choudhury for filling of two teeth...on phone they say only 500 per tooth no othr fees, bt upon going, thy said its 1000 rs filling each tooth. One tooth thy filled basic filling tht othr dentist do with only 600. Bt thy took 1000. But for the othr tooth, before filling she ### with a sharp object intentionally to injure my gum and blood came out. I said its hurting bt she kept ### instead o[censored]sing proper equipment like pressure pump...whn blood didnt stop she put some white temporary filling tht came out in 20 mins. She took 500 extra ruppes for saying she put medicine in it, which is wrong. She jus roughly pushd a white substance to stop blood. She didnt do filling or anything bt took 500. Then she told me to take antibiotics. I took for a week...nothing improved she injured my gum so badly tht my face got swelled, got fever and i became ill from severe infection...cudnt eat from tht side of mouth...whn i tried to call and discuss and askd whn can i talk to her, the husband of her started mocking me and said i asked wht shud i do politely...he said rudely... u do whatever u want. Thn i got shockd. His wife called and said sorry and told me only to CALL ON her phone. I said its ok. Then i didnt call. Today whn im suffering badly and antibiotics didnt work...i called she refused talking saying u shud hv calld in my no. She also started blaming me. Suddenly the husband started abusing me from side, shouting and badmouthing me abnormally and uncontrollably...i requested politely mANY TIMEs, bt the more i request the more he shouts and badmouths me, even said come here yourself and confront me...why wud a lady lik me who is sick, doesnt go out for safety in covid wud go to confront a mentally unstable male who is threatening and abusing me...i had to keep the phone twice bcz of his shouting...thn last whn i calld the wife i requestd if she can do something to my tooth, she refused n i said ok. Bt again the man was shouting. They ripped me off, took 500 for injuring my gum permanently and now i have to do crowning instead of filling, my tooth is damaged, my health damaged...i asked if thr is any procedure of refund...he simply abused me for tht...wht shud i do now...pls lodge a complain...and see if i get refund.
Cz CUSTOMER has right to complain if suffering. Male doctor can't abuse and say come here alone to confront me to a lady or a CUSTOMER like tht. Cant shout on a lady like tht. I cudnt say anything in return..was totally shocked. Horrific experience. Was this information helpful? |
