Hi sir,
I have an issue in jewelry purchasing. Actually i bought a silver payal and after one day the color of payal is showing yellow. I went again in the shop for complaining but he is not agree. I purchased this 61.5 gram silver payal inspite of my own 91.5 gram payal. Also i give 420 rs for buying this payal. I have a doubt in this metal and this bill.in my bill there is not any tin number. Also my bill total of two things. Payal and small nose ring. Nose ring is refunded but payal is not. He is not giving my 91.5 gram payal.
Please help me.
