I am filing this complaint against Pawan Hans Limited, regarding a refund that has been pending for over 2 months without any response or resolution.
On 2 may I booked a helicopter/flight ticket through Pawan Hans for jiribam to imphal (9 may 2025) Due to cancellation by them, weather, personal cancellation, the service was either not provided or canceled. I was assured that the amount would be refunded.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails and follow-ups (copies attached), but there has been no communication, no acknowledgment, and no refund. This delay has caused me financial inconvenience and mental stress. This is a clear case of negligence, lack of customer support, and possible unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Was this information helpful? |
