Pawanhans — Refund not recieved after cancelling on website and has been more than a month

as mentioned on the ticket i waited for 30 days for the refund to issue but it hasnt reflected back to me yet
Please send me my refund amount soon or i will go further legally and issue a complaint against this issue
its already more than a month
