I am filing this complaint against PawsMo, a pet brand operating under FRENZYK Pvt. Ltd., for deliberate delay and non-responsiveness regarding my return request.
I ordered dog shoes through their website, and as per their size chart, selected the appropriate size. However, the product delivered was completely incorrect and does not fit my dog at all. I raised a return request immediately after delivery, but till today, no action has been taken.
Despite emailing them continuously from 30th June to 15th July, I received only copy-paste replies like “We are working on it” — nothing else. No pickup agent contacted me, yet the company falsely claims “the agent couldn’t reach me.” How is it possible that delivery happened without issue, but pickup fails again and again?
Their contact number doesn’t work, and their return system is a joke — they ask customers to place a return request via cart and even charge ₹118 for it, despite the fault being entirely on their end. This is completely unethical.
Summary of Issues:
• Wrong size product delivered, despite following their size chart
• Return requested within timeline, still not processed
• Product is unused, still in original condition
• No pickup arranged, false claims of failed contact
• No working phone support, only automated emails
• ₹118 charged for return, despite no service provided
• Clearly misleading, possibly fraudulent behavior
I believe this is a scam-like operation — misguiding customers with fake size guides, avoiding returns, and offering zero accountability. I demand that:
1. The return be processed immediately.
2. I receive a correct-sized replacement OR full refund.
3. The ₹118 charge be refunded.
