Payback And ICICI Loyalty Points Program — payback is cheater

I could not redeem my points saying multiple accounts (Different customer) is tied up with my phone number and they are not fixing it. First of all it their stupid system why it is allowing to registed multiple account with same phone number with different customer name. And these will not send ant reminders about expiring points no email notification or sms simply
It will get elapsed. I think by this way company is getting money from partners and it will not go to customer they make money out of it. That is the reason why they are sending expiring points notification. If you ask them they will say if you log into the account you will be able to see information about elapsed points. Mostly customer will not check frequently and they make money out of it and they wont allow the customer login into the accounts.
