Paylock — cheating

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had registered with Paylock on 16/10/19. They sent some trial surveys and I completed them. After completion I received another message asking me to upgrade. As I upgraded they asked to pay 500/-Rs for upgradation and receiving 50 surveys everyday. I paid through Paytm. After this I got a mail stating that I was upgraded but need to upload some documents. I uploaded my aadhar card copy, my 10th marksheet copy and a passport size photo. After uploading they sent another message stating that I need to pay 200 Rs. For verification. I made the payment through paytm on the same number after that I received a message that it will take 4-6days for document verification. Once the verification is done I can start taking up the surveys. But on 27/10/19 I recieved a message stating that there is a problem in verifying the documents and to click below for refund but when I click on the link it asked me the reason for asking for a refund. I gave them details and requested them to refund. But There is no further communication from them. I have sent couple of messages since yesterday but they are not responding. I guess they are fraudulent company looting people. My worry is that they might misuse my documents . In the introduction they mentioned that there is no payment involved but they are cheating. Kindly take some strict action against them and ban such cheaters. I will anyhow give a complaint in the cyber cell too. It is a humble request to give justice to all the innocent people who have got trapped by them.
