I have selected for Junior Research Fellowship under University Grants commission scheme. I have applied for my fellowship through my university and after finishing process in UGC canara scholar portal my payment show as generated but when I have tracked status in PFMS website it shows payment failed with failure reason "Miscellaneous - Others - (4) " . I am requesting you to let me know by which reason my payment has failed and what should I do next to resolve this.
