I have done balance transfer of my paysense loan account no-

(Paysense id- PS[protected] of amount Rs-216182/- from CSB Bank Ltd via
UTR No-CSBKH[protected] on 18 jan 2023. But till paysense is not closing my loan account and my one EMI also debited of this month. I want that to be refund and close the account early as possible.
