refernce number[protected] But this money was not refended on my account. my paytm account no[protected].

The merchant bank has rejected your claim, stating that the product/services have been delivered to you.
If you haven't yet received the product/services,
we request you to contact the merchant through their customer care mentioned on the merchant's app or website In case the merchant denies the service/refund, kindly share a documented confirmation from the merchant so that we can raise the next level of dispute.
