Complaint no:37085343
There are lots of complaint i have registered but i have not any satisfactory answer.
I am victim of such a fraudent but the paytm could not recognize the cause of problem, money is not a matter but i am not only the victim there are lots of people who face this type of problem.
Till now in this incident i have not got any call, any how you people want to close my complaint i will take stand till last.
My order no was:[protected] and it delever to same time and place.
I opened the parcel and i am very feel bad after seen it, there were somet thermocol waste pieces in the parcel no :awb#[protected]. I have raise the request on time but they pass all relevant time of issue resolve by passing mails (Wanting snaps and wanting wait details some queries and under taken) finally they mailed that resolution time is over. This is fraud from paytm and this is very disappointed.
I went to my mobile paytm app and try to rise a claim for this fraud.
But there is no option (Of product box is empty) for return the product.
So i was little worried about to rise a claim for selection of option.
Finally i call customer call centre on [protected] and [protected]
But i can’t get your customer care executive on call.
I tried to call at late night as well as early morning and face same issue to contacting the paytm customer care executive.
This is very painful for a regular customer.
