It is regarding my wallet balance being deducted completely after i made a wrong login by mistake. The amount was around rs.500.00 at-least because i didn't knew they would deduct the money and ask me for the proof.
We keep transacting with paytm app and don't remember the balance and you get to know that you have lost your money due to wrong login. They blocked my account for almost 7 to 10 days and once after it was active the balance was 0.00
These guys now asking for details and they have all the details of transactions as a user makes payment through multiple cards. It is not possible to give bank transaction statement of all the accounts.in fact they have deleted all the recent transaction from my login id. Then how could an individual access their system to retrieve the details. Was this information helpful? |
