Paytmpostpaid — Without loan amount paytm charge for emi and extra charge for emi

I have apply a loan on 13 th sep and paytm will be processed the documents with in two minutes.and send the loan documents immediately on my mailid.
But till time there was no loan amount credited in my account.
I will complain last 3days his cyber cell.excutives there was no action
Already send the bank statement but till date not slove my problem
