I made my electricity bill payment in Umang website to Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) to my consumer No.[protected] for Rs.170 on[protected]. The payment made via google pay mode. The transfer from google pay made successfully. The amount debited from my SBI bank account and transferred to upi id: merchant.[protected]@icici successfully.
While transferring the payment process in Umang website, it was buffering a long time and closed without generating the transaction ID.
I confirmed with my receiver TNEB that the transaction failed.
I spoke to SBI band and google pay customer cared and they confirmed that the payment processed successfuly to merchant.[protected]@icici.
I suggest that my amount of Rs.170 is in the account of Payu Payments Private Limited. So, I want the amount back to my account.
I herewith attached 1) SBI bank statement - transaction success; 2) Google Pay statement - transaction success and 3) Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) statement - transaction failed.
Please check and clear this issue positively by sending back my money at the earliest
