I have tried activating a plan on PayUbiz, for that 2 times payment of Rs.5, 782. total (Rs 11, 564) has been done but came as fail on PayUbiz dashboard. when i told them about the issue, they acknowledged and said they will refund the both payment in 2-3 working days. its been 25 days they havent paid back. Whenever asked the reply comes as " we have already forwarded your issue to the dedicated team". Was this information helpful? |
