Payu Payments Private Limited — Transaction is completed but order is not placed

Recently I had made one transaction of 55900.00 via payubiz portal available at poorvika pvt ltd site. This payment was made in the name of cheenmoy borkotoky for the purchase of ipad air 2019 64gb cellular version. After the payment completion somehow order was not placed!!, i have not recieved any msg for order conformation, but payment was deducted from my account!!. Even after enquiring with merchendise (poorvika) regarding same, they are saying they dont recieved any amount??. I am realy disappointed with your services and if not resolved timely i may esclate this issue via consumer court. Kindly help me to resolve this issue. Please initiate refund asap.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

As checked, this is a successful transaction via PayU id [protected] and transaction Id - 441604 at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
