I'm a merchant and using payubiz as my payment gateway. They say payments are automatic and are done daily.
Now it's been 3 months. Over 3 lakh payment is pending with them.
They don't lift the call and answer my mails.

She says to send an email and some one will get back to me in 24-48 hrs
Its been 3 months. Still she has been responding like a robot “mail us, our team will resolve the issue in 24-48”. When i say no one is responding my emails. She’ll ask me to send an email to new email id. And the story repeats

In there website it’s mentioned as
Working hours (Mon - sat) 10:00am to 07:00pm
But when i call her on saturday, she says we are closed on saturdays. I could still hear office sounds in the background.
Resolve the issue asap.
