Payuecom — Payment sucessful but showing as unsucessful

I have made a successful transaction for a membership from Clove Dental (Star Dental services pvt ltd) on 04th Nov 2025 9:12pm on payuecom through UPI amazon pay. for This I have recharger amazon pay wallet by around Rs 696 and completed the transaction.

I have got thr confirmation amazon pay for the same and at same time I have received an email from Pay u team that payment has falied. I have tried to contact Pay U team through email but the same was got bounced back.

I am attaching successful transaction details for your reference and email from Pay U.

I need refund at the earliest the memeber ship has not been issued by Clive dental
