[protected]@ybl — Made payment but not reflecting in merchant

Hi, I made a payment of Rs 24, 444 on 7th May 2021. To my LIC premium. How ever the amount hasn't been reflecting in my LIC account yet. Below are the transaction details.

"Rs 24444.00 debited from a/c **8870 on 07-05-21 to VPA [protected]@ybl(UPI Ref No[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report".

Please please please help me.
