I got a call today (25/7/2016) from "payupromotionholiday" mentioning that they are offering dell laptop (model - 3546) and 3nights/4days domestic vacation offer in just rs. 4999.
I asked that i will prefer cash on delivery and they were ok with it.
They told that call will be transferred to bank for card details and my verification and no amount will be deducted but later on when i verified with bank they told that they didn't attend such call.
They deducted 10998 in three installment (4999+4999+1000) from my debit card. i have attached the screen shot of deducted amount.
I even asked for the confirmation email but they told that they do not send any such kind of mail.
I am trying to reach them back several time but they are not responding the call.
