I got a call from a lady on 14.02.2018 around 15.40 and she told that she was calling from PNB Credit card division and referred to my e-mail to credit card division in connection with late payment charges. She told me to confirm the message she sent for refunding charges. She made me to confirm the message received from Wilemo Pay Z and made me to blurt out the otp to her for confirmation. Immediately after that two debit messages of Rs.10000/- each were made to my pnb credit card.
Please refund the amount of Rs.20000/- fraudulently debited to my credit card.
