I am puran kumawat my credit score reflecting a loan from pc financial services pvt ltd (cash bean). RBI has canceled license of this company, now their website is shut, mobile app has been removed play store, and there is way to clear this amount, as website, loan repayment portal and EMI ECS payment gateway links are closed by company.
Since there is no way to close this account, but my credit score effected by this loan. by company your last report submitted for credit score in cibil[protected] after not report in cibil.
I have paid other overdue amount.
Since there is no way to clear this, I would request you to please remove this loan from credit history or close it, & help for me how to pay this loan and closed.
