Hi,

We have purchased diamond ring from pc jewellery and during use of ring one diamond came out of the ring so we went to pc jewellery noida sector 18 for repair and they sent ring for service center and after few days i got the call from pc jewellery saying one of the diamond found fake by service center and they are now saying you have to pay for diamond. We purchased diamond ring from them and have the diamond card which they gave us during purchase. Pc jewellery doing fraud with customers and this need be highlighted to wider audience and this should be rectified.
