Dear sir,
i have purchased a diamond pendent from PC Jewellers Bareilly showroom on 13th February 2016 for Mangalsutra of my wife. As this is brand so they have ensured me for the best quality and service if any defect found in future.
After using 1 week the pendent gold color become faded and it appears black, when i have given it for repair they said its only a cleaning issue and they returned a pendent only after cleaning.
But the same issue occurred after 7-8 days o[censored]se, also it was weak in joints.They again accept the pendent for repair and return it after cleaning.
The quality of pendent was not up to the mark so again and again it need repair.
in 4-5 months it was on repair for 2-3 times even my wife does not use it regularly and i am living in Haryana.Also it got broken from a side so it was of no use.
Finally i have given it on Diwali time on 29th Oct 2016, Showroom manager said it need to send Delhi for repair and it would take 1 month for repair.Still after repair pendent gold color become white and looks artificial pendent.
Now its still in PC jwellers and they again committed for 1 month for its repair.
I want refund my money 16367 INR, or the different pendent of same amount because the pandent which i have purchased cannot be repair and its a fraud of PC jewellers to give fake promise of quality.
