Problem is :
Amount got deducted, transaction ID generated but no fees receipt issued and its showing “transaction not done” on university website when I am verifying details of fees payment.
I have contacted contacted all the relevant parties and filed complaints but not answered .
So,
Update the payment status and issue fees receipts
or
Refund my money so that I can fill the form again .
