Pearl — Pacl certificate and payment slip are missing

I would like to request your assistance regarding my father's PACL investment. Unfortunately, the original PACL documents, including the registration number, are missing because a person collected all the original documents from my father and never returned them.
As a result, we do not have the original PACL certificate or the registration number required to submit the refund claim. We are therefore unable to proceed with the refund process.
We kindly request you to help us trace my father's PACL records and guide us on the procedure to obtain the registration details or submit the claim without the original documents.
Please let us know what documents or information are required from our side to resolve this issue
