Between 2008 and 2015 Unisoft sold business partnerships taking 1 million INR from each partner promising ETS, Prometric, Oracle partnership and Pearson VUE test centers.
In 2010 Unisoft owners were found guilty in proxy testing and malpractices and where closed by ETS.

While corrupt Pearson vue quality team that manages test center operations considers its vowed duty to close every single site of national level and globally affiliated training organisations such as New Horizons, Jetking, IIHT. Seed Infotech, Koenig Solutions, IANT when a single issue is found.
Unisoft case has been dealt in complete different way. While there was security closure of one of their owned site where same owner is enrolled also listed quality team allowed Unisoft first to get sold to a third party and eventually change address.
When the buyer and Unisoft Pratigya are negotiating Pune center sale some genuine old staff of theirs spilled the beans and matter got exposed. It was so serious that even unwillingly Pearson APAC quality had to terminate the site on security.

As per current market intelligence gathered from credible sources show that 40 % of APAC and 65% of India based PTE-A and GMAT test centers are involved in some level of testing frauds. This is evident from the fact that Pearson faced fraud in one of its own test centers in North India.

The FIR was registered on the complaint of one of the representatives of Pearson VUE, Shantanu Kumar. Police said Pearson VUE is authorised to conduct the PTE-A for half a dozen foreign countries, including New Zealand and Austria. A local test centre manager of one of the reputed education services, Pearson VUE, which helps the students wanting to go abroad with English Language Test (The Pearson Test of English Academic [PTE-A]), was booked for arranging proxy candidates in Chandigarh on Wednesday. The test centre of Pearson VUE is located at Elante Mall in Phase-1, Industrial Area.
The accused was identified as Mandeep Sethi. He is absconding. Names of at least 22 candidates against whom proxy candidates appeared were mentioned in the FIR. The PTE-A is a computer-based test of English language made compulsory by various universities, colleges and governments around the world. Sethi was sacked from the Pearson VUE, which belongs to M/s Pearson India Education Services Pvt Ltd.
The FIR was registered on the complaint of one of the representatives of Pearson VUE, Shantanu Kumar. Police said Perason VUE is authorised to conduct the PTE-A for half a dozen foreign countries, including New Zealand and Austria.
A staff member of the company requesting anonymity said, “There is a set protocol for appearing in PTE-A in our centre. A candidate has to give his palm vein scan, photograph and signature at the admin desk before entering the examination room. He also gets his passport checked at the admin desk. After giving the palm vein scan, photograph and signature, the candidate has to wait to enter the examination room. But at Chandigarh centre, we observed various discrepancies. The scrutiny of CCTV cameras revealed that the original candidate entered the washroom but proxy candidates came out from the washroom dressed in the clothes of actual candidates. The internal probe also established when Mandeep Sethi was facilitating these proxy candidates to entre the examination room using some other identity cards. We collected all the relevant evidence in the shape of CCTV footages, signatures and original documents of actual candidates.”
DSP (East) Dilsher Singh Chandel said, “The role of 22 original candidates is being investigated. We have sought more details from the Pearson VUE. As per the company, the internal probe was started when some of candidates who had performed very badly in PTE-A earlier did excellent within a short period. The company launched an internal probe and lodged a complaint with the police.”
A case of forgery, cheating, impersonation and criminal conspiracy was registered at the Industrial Area police station.

We have plenty of evidence which prove that Mr. Rajeev Kapoor and sidekicks Ms. Rashmi Chaudhary and newly appointed unethical guy Mr. Karan Nanda who has graduated under geezer Manish has been giving preferential treatment in allotting Pearson vue select testing centers to those who bribe them. It is also welknown fact that they charge royalty money from existing centers to allow them to operate.
We would like to share some of the proofs/evidences with you.
Selects operations team under the guidance of Daksh Kotru and Rajeev Kapoor has been in cohorts with below mentioned people in market for years to maintain cartel and command a monthly kick back amount for (GMAT/PTE/PMI porxy work done)

· Mr. Senthil(Kalvi Group)
· Mr. Swapnil Kale (QMS Academy PMP)
Every month for supporting proxy exams at groups proxy centers these people in select operations get royalty payment of INR10, 00, 000 to INR 22, 00, 000. Recent addition of PMP exams in selects has become icing on cake with kick back amount being renegotiated. We demand all foreign trips by these corrupt employees by scrutinized as they splurge the unaccounted mullah which they carry on such official trips.
Recently Mr Kapoor attended a mega party to celebrate PMI center allocation by having a liquor party thrown by NCR proxy exam king Mr. Amit Arora in which Rajeev was gifted a Toyota Altuis. With this his recent tally of cars parked under his house has risen to 5. 4th being Baleno an eye wash purchase by Mr. Kapoor from his organization. This just goes to prove that he takes bribes and gives preferential treatment in allocating centers.
Mr. Kapoor has not even spared straight forward and non-corrupt officers like Anish Sen and Neeraj. He has been charging money using names of these innocent and simple officers which they themselves are unaware of. We request the authorities to check or do call tracing which will reveal the truth. All these call tracing will provide in-depth information of Mr. Kapoors and gang wrong-doings.
When Mr. Abhishek Tehlan, honest select operations assistant came to know of Mr. Kapoors wrong doings and when he started taking actions against dummy centers, Mr. Kapoor and Mr. Kotru created such an environment against him and proved that Mr. Tehlan was not best fit and incompetent. They got Mr. Tehlan fired so that they could unabashedly continue his malpractice.
Most appreciable part is that when we contacted other testing organizations such as British council, ETS, GMAC, Prometric, PSI, Kryterion and submitted credible information on this corrupt people in Pearson VUE they have promised to take appropriate action to avoid this people getting jobs in their organizations once they are thrown out by Pearson vue. We have complete details of proxy (GMAT/PTE/PMI) exams which have been conducted till date under management of this corrupt cartel. We have spent exhaustive effort, time and resources including money to collate this information from agents who have done this work.
We do not intend to harm the image and reputation of Pearson vue yet we are left with no choice but to go to other authorities and share our experiences. Hence we have sent this email to all test centers, clients, media, immigration officials describing in depth all the wrong-doings that are prevailing.
