Pearvisa approached me saying that my profile is likely suitable for hongkong qmas visa and for that i have to take profile assessment service from them and for the same i have paid INR 2950/- to pearvisa.(later, i came to knew that the same point based system is available for free on hongkong immigration website and pearvisa just making people fool by taking fees for that) pearvisa reverted back with positive report for hongkong and told me that i should go further for their hongkong visa service which cost INR 59000/-. and it includes HONGKONG PR with full family as well as Job assistant service which includes job interviews until i get satisfactory job which comes with free accomodation, free child education, free food. this fees includes all application fees, visa fees, legal/lawyer charges, documentation, preparation etc(pls see attached long pdf which has all discussion via email). i got ready and paid INR 23600/- As the FIRST INSTALLMENT . they sent me agreement letter to sign digitally which has general points covered which at some point seems sceptical to me and they cleared via email but i was not fully satisfied. in between, himani and sakshi kept calling and tried to convince me to keep trust on them by their marketing skills. I signed the agreement letter and send them back via email. after that they got silent..i didnt hear from them for 2 days and after reminded many times they sent me Visa application form as well as document check list for visa application. I have sent almost all documents whatever i had via email. after few days they called me saying that they need all hardcopies of notarized documents as well as I have to fill and sign visa application form and send them by courier so that they can just forward it to hongkong visa office. I didnt like this un professionalism of pearvisa as I could easily find that this is cheating because they want big amount in the name of their service and at the same time they want me to prepare all paperwork for them and they will simply put that application set into envelop and just send it to visa embassy???? they must have registered lawyer and concerned knowledgeable person to handle and prepare my documents on behalf of me. I dont want to take their service anymore and want my money (INR 23600) back as i cant trust them as they have proved their lack of service, professionalism and wrong attitude of working with customer. here, i would like to mention that before paying they were calling daily to sign up and after that they became lazy and disappear and not keeping me update with anything except i just ask them. I am very much disappoint with their service so want my money back. i have reached out many times via whatsapp and call but now they dont pick up call or not replying me back. i am damn sure that they are cheating people by this systematic "modus operandii" I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND REQUEST TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST SUCH COMPANY
