Hi KTM Team my bike (KTM 200) was serviced on[protected] and was charged extra my bike was send for servicing purpose but they have charged wrongly they have accepted about what they have charged wrongly and I have been riding KTM for 5 years and not charged this amount for servicing and the behavior of the staff was like she was the boss she always talked in a wrong way and now when my colleague was in the service center he was a little hyper because the amount was not refunded from 5 months the staff said she will do the refund when ever she wants and continuous arguing with us and also told she will not provide senior number and was like she is the boss she will do what ever she want and called them 3 or 4 time always they keeping on delaying about refunding the amount and she blames on me about the delay. Name of the employee is Mary as told by her and Prakash Agarwal the head of the Franchise . They are not accepting the fault created by them they are just blaming us for that how can I be doing the bills for my bike servicing. I have been gone with bad treatment from MARY the staff of the service center and she was like she is the boss there no one can say anything if anyone tries she will just take anyone off the company even the customer itself. Kindly request to hire Literate Staff and have knowledge about the system and how to do treat the customer and how to talk with someone. In this Digital world refund cant be transfer in approx. 6 months. If I don't pay the charged Amount they will not let me take my bike after servicing but the company can delay for 6 months.
