I had ordered a brass box worth 2600 INR and had to return it as it was too small. Order was picked up successfully for return. Since then we have not been able to get any response from company either on email (~15 emails sent in this regards), or on call, or social media (both Instagram and FB). This is likely illegal. Please help us track the owner for the refund.
