I bought a bike branded 'DREAM YUGA' on 23 march 2013 from 'PEEYEM HONDA' your sales centre at Kannur. I have got only two service so far.Everytime I booked for service they would give three months' long date for service.Then also they behave very roughly and barbariously.One year back my friend booked for another SCOOTY branded AVIATOR from PEEYEM HONDA itself.Because of my bitter experience there, I discouraged him from buying the Scooty from there and he bought the scooty branded WEGO of TVS company.Afterwards, the friend went to refund the advance booking cash from there.At this time the office bearers in the sales section and employees in the service sector altogother tried to attack me for cancelling the booking.Recently many of my friends and relatives expressed their willingness to buy Honda bikes and Scooty but because of our bitter experience, they bought the two wheelers of other companies such as Bajaj, TVS etc.Truly we like the two wheelers of HONDA company, but your sales promoters don't know how to serve customers.Such sales dealers incur a huge loss to the esteemed company of yours, because of their illtreatment of the customers.In this competitive world friendly customer care and service is a must.But contraryto it only happens in PEEYEM HONDA.I therefore request you to take measures to get due respect and regard to the customers and ensure good and smooth service.
