Pegion Education / Oda Class — Fake promises &

Website: www.odaclass.com

I want to bring awareness about Oda Class and how they deceive parents with false promises and misleading tactics. They lure parents by showcasing high-quality education, personalized attention, and one-on-one mentorship, but in reality, it’s just a money-making scheme with no accountability.

🔹 False Commitments: They promise additional 1-on-1 classes, but after taking the full year’s fee, they fail to provide these sessions—even after multiple requests.

🔹 Overcrowded Classes: Instead of dedicated mentorship, students are placed in large common online classes with hundreds of kids attending via their app. This is far from the individualized attention they promise.

🔹 Frequent Mentor Changes: The so-called "mentors" keep changing frequently, disrupting the learning process and leaving students without proper guidance.

🔹 Exploitative Payment Policy: They demand full payment upfront—either as a one-time payment or through EMI schemes that cannot be stopped if the promised services are not met or if the student does not achieve expected results.

🔹 No Accountability After 1 Month: Their refund policy lasts just 1 month, ensuring that once this period is over, parents lose any right to a refund—even if Oda Class fails to fulfill its commitments.

💡 A Fair Education System Should:
✅ Offer monthly payment options so parents can stop paying if the quality of education declines.
✅ Ensure transparent and honest commitments rather than tricking parents into a non-refundable long-term trap.

💰 Our hard-earned money is at stake! Parents deserve honest, reliable, and student-focused education, not deceptive business practices. If Oda Class truly believes in the quality of their education, why don’t they allow parents the flexibility to pay monthly instead of locking them in for a year?

yes. I have raised the same points on the second day of oda class. Surprisingly, they came out with a scholorship issue and informed that every one got scholdarship and asked in a hurry way during the parent-treacher-student meeting (on line) informing that seats are less and hurry to grab early enrolment which is unethical. In toto, they are ready to give scholarship to every student. It clearly reveals that they have informed HIGHER FIGURE and showed the excess amount as scholoarship amount. This is something strange. They are fully business motto and least not bothered about the doubts of the parents, in case of they fly away with money paid in advance.

i tried to collect the phone number and the email address of the MD Mr.Anuj Mishra and their staff did not furnish in spite of my repeated requests. When the MD himself is hiding from the parents, how the parents can believe ODA. Every one knows about Byjoos and as such, I wonder about the guarantee of the amount paid by the parents.
