Original share certificates were lying with me . I had submitted them to the registrar KARVY COMPUTERSHARE PRIVATE LTD.for certificates of new face value The registrar now informs that long ago I have already transferred them in favour of some THAPATI TRADING PRIVATE LTD.
1) I am residing at that address since my birth so it is not understood why the envelope containing the new share certificates did not reach me.
2)Why the company failed to detect the correct signature--even now this can be verified .3)Without surrender of the old certificates how the new certificates were issued in lieu of them.
It is clear that some stuff/officer of the registrar and the company were behind this fraud. Praying for enquiry and justice
