pension office chennai — Non receipt of reimbursement

I am Robert wilson retired headmaster and i have submitted all bills related to my cataract surgery for Rs 22530 through the Treasury Trichy by the month of November 2013. So far I haven't got the bill reimbursed. I have sent a reminder on 12.2.2015 but still there was response from that office. They don't respond to phone calls too.
