I would like to bring to your attention the issues I faced during my recent visit to collect my medical report. When I approached the receptionist, I was informed that I needed to go to a different address for a CT scan. When I inquired about the reason for the CT scan, I did not receive a satisfactory answer. I also requested a doctor’s prescription, but unfortunately, no doctor’s prescription was provided. It has come to my attention that 80-90% of people were sent for CT scans without any specific or clear medical reason documented. Please review the protocols for referring patients to CT scans and confirm that scans are only performed when medically necessary.
The Director, was present at that time and suggested that if I could not undergo the CT scan, I should repeat the X-ray. The receptionist then informed me that I needed to submit Rs 500 for the repeat X-ray charges, which I paid. The Total Amount Which I paid to the Perfect medical Center is Rs 8500 in Cash (without any Receipt)+Rs 500 by online. However, upon collecting the report the next day, I was told that I was deemed unfit.
t is my observation that the staff members working here exhibit unprofessional behavior. The X-ray technician was also unprofessional, as he took multiple X-rays from both the front and back of my chest but ultimately produced no useful results. I requested to obtain the X-ray films from the repeated attempts, but they did not provide them and instead issued an inaccurate report. There is a lack of transparency throughout this entire process.
Subsequently, I visited a private X-ray lab (Dr. Lal Path Labs) where I underwent another X-ray. The report from this lab is clear and indicates that there are no issues with my chest.
